This is definitely my favorite Windsor to shop at. I love shopping here because the staff is so fun, friendly, and outgoing. Today I went in and Martika and Susie helped me find sizes I was looking for and a dress I saw at another location. While in the fitting rooms, Marisa was very helpful and gave me her opinion on an outfit I wasn't sure about. I love this location and how their staff goes above and beyond for their customer. The dresses here are great, good quality. But the employees really sucked tonight. I had windsor arizona mills ton of clothes because my friend and I were trying on a bunch of dresses. Was told the limit was 6, nothing new, and I began changing. The employees left for a super long time which was fine, I just did my thing, switched dresses out and went through my clothes. So when she came back she started questioning my friend who was done and waiting for me cuz I had a few left. And after my friend told her that, she was like is she almost done. And then asked where all my nos were and if I even had any. Like it was my fault that they were gone and not monitoring. And I was doing my part and they were being super pushy so I just was like yeah all the no's are on the rack and like threw my clothes on and went out there because I was switching clothes not keeping the ones I liked so I panicked and went out there and two employees were just staring at my clothes and kinda going through them so I was like hold on I think there was one I liked in here and they like stood right behind me breathing down my neck as I fanatically searched threw them and grabbed the one I wanted. Then they gave me death glares as I took it to look at it. Long story short, they sent me into an anxiety attach and I threw the dress on the rack and ran out with tears in my eyes. Thanks employees for being so rude and pushy. It was no where near closing and there was no one in the dressing room and I was doing everything the windsor arizona mills I should so.
